At Breathe Fitness our personal trainers teach and actively engage with our clients. Train on your own, with a friend, or alongside your spouse. Join a weekly group training session. Pair up with an existing client to help you push yourself and stay motivated.

In-Person Training
Nothing beats in-person sessions. Receive the most personalized coaching, with the added benefit of accountability, to maximize your health and performance results.
Choose from 30-minute, 45-minute, 60-minute, or 75-minute sessions.


Online Personal Training
Experience the same high-quality coaching and accountability you would get with in-person training, but with the added convenience of being able to work out in your own home, backyard, or hotel room. Our online training sessions are tailored to your fitness goals and the equipment you have available, whether it’s small and portable items like bands and stability balls or larger equipment like dumbbells and TRX.
If you need help selecting equipment, we’re happy to provide recommendations based on your budget and space. Plus, we offer some of the smaller items for purchase through us to make starting even easier.
Online Home Programs
Our video-based online programs are a smart way to supplement your training in-between personal training sessions. Or, if you are already motivated on your own, it is a great way to receive expert programming to help you reach, and continually push, your health and fitness goals.
Our online programs are tailored to fit your schedule, accommodate the equipment you have access to, and geared around your personal health and fitness goals.
