Nutrition Coaching with Check-Ins
Get started, find your focus, and stay on track.
You have your exercise and fitness goals on track but needing to get your nutrition under better control to maximize the results.
- 1-hour initial consultation (in-person, over the phone, or via Skype)
- 15-minute weekly or 30-minute bi-weekly check-ins (in-person, over the phone, or via Skype)
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- Investment: $320 plus GST (payment option: $106.00 per month, with 3-instalments)
- Corporate inservice options are available – learn at work with your workmates or employees

Nutrition Coaching + Personal Fitness Program
Eat well. Exercise properly. Repeat.
Due to life demands, you feel busy and out of control with your exercise and nutrition. We can help you take back control on both fronts!
- 1-hour initial consultation (in-person, over the phone, or via Skype)
- 15-minute weekly or 30-minute bi-weekly check-ins (in-person, over the phone, or via Skype)
- At-home on-line prescribed workout geared towards your skill set and fitness goals. A new workout each month to ensure you are being properly challenged and continually improving.
- Minimum 3-month commitment
- Investment: $560 plus GST (payment option: $187.00 per month, with 3-instalments
