We’ve moved our personal training online!

How to get started:
1- Please let us know what you have at home in terms of equipment. Cardio, weights, bands, etc. Maybe sending us a picture would be easier.
2- Our sessions already include a lot of bodyweight exercises, so limited equipment isn’t a limitation to getting in a great workout.
3 – Get the Zoom app or create an account on your computer.
4- Set a 1-to-1 session time or we will find you a group session to join.
5- Receive a link –> Click it –> Start your session.

Athena's Story

A client for five years, Athena came to Breathe Fitness looking to improve her fitness level after having her second child. Each week now includes a training routine with her husband and the kids tagging along. Athena has improved her fitness abilities and now runs road races, Spartan races and triathlons.

Bring the kids

Parents are welcome to bring their baby or children to our studio for their workout.  We want to make it as easy as possible for parents to exercise. Create time for yourself and be a positive role model at the same time.
